St. Cloud and the Southern Townships
Stearns County is anchored by St. Cloud, the regional center for all of central Minnesota and a city with real history in its bones. This is granite country, and the older neighborhoods near the core show their age the way older housing always does: solid structures with almost nothing in the walls, attics that have been topped up with loose fill a few times but never air-sealed, and rim joists that were never touched at all. Those homes are some of the most rewarding insulation work we do, because the before-and-after difference is so large. Waite Park sits right against St. Cloud, and Sartell stretches north along the Mississippi with decades of newer growth, which brings the more familiar problems of settled garage aprons, sunken stoops, and driveways dropping at the street. South of the metro area, the county turns rural quickly. Kimball and Fair Haven sit in farm country dotted with older farmhouses, outbuildings, and lakes, and that southern corner is actually the closest part of Stearns County to us. From our Monticello shop, St. Cloud is roughly a half hour up Interstate 94, and the Kimball and Fair Haven area is closer still. Frost here works the same as everywhere in central Minnesota: it drives deep, it heaves concrete, and the spring thaw leaves voids behind.

Two Services, One Trip Up I-94
Our insulation crew sprays foam in attics, walls, rim joists, crawl spaces, garages, and agricultural buildings across Stearns County. In the older St. Cloud neighborhoods the priority is usually air sealing: foam at the rim joist and attic bypasses stops the leaks that loose-fill insulation alone cannot. On the farms and acreages around Kimball and Fair Haven we foam shops, barns, and pole buildings so they hold heat and stop dripping condensation. Our concrete crew levels settled slabs with polyurethane foam, lifting driveways, garage floors, sidewalks, steps, and patios back to grade through small drilled holes. The work is quick, the lift is controlled, and the slab is typically usable the same day. We are licensed and insured under Minnesota license IR797260 and carry a 5.0 rating across 51 Google reviews.

Spray foam insulation in Minnesota →Stearns County questions
Do you really cover St. Cloud from Monticello?+
Yes. St. Cloud is about a half hour up Interstate 94 from our shop, well within our normal working range, and we are there often. Waite Park and Sartell are part of the same trips, and the southern townships around Kimball and Fair Haven are even closer to us.
What can be done for an older St. Cloud home with empty walls?+
More than you might expect without opening every wall. Air sealing the attic plane and spray foaming the rim joist address the two biggest leak points in most older homes, and both are accessible without demolition. When walls are opened during a remodel, foaming them at that stage is the ideal time.
Do you level concrete in Sartell and Waite Park?+
Yes. Newer subdivisions in both cities have plenty of slabs poured over fill, and settled garage floors, stoops, and driveway sections are common calls. Polyurethane leveling lifts them back to grade in a single visit without the cost and mess of replacement.
