Division 02

Concrete leveling & maintenance services

Sunken concrete does not need replacement. We inject expanding polyurethane through dime-sized holes, fill the voids frost heave left behind, and lift slabs back to grade in hours. Driveways, sidewalks, garage floors, pool decks, stoops, and foundations across the northwest Twin Cities metro and the St. Cloud corridor.

Polyurethane vs. mudjacking

Mudjacking pumps a heavy sand-cement slurry under the slab through holes the size of a soda can. It weighs down the same soil that already failed, and it washes out the same way the base did. Polyurethane weighs a fraction as much, needs only dime-sized holes, cures in about 15 minutes, and does not absorb water. That is why we only lift with foam.

Concrete cutting and prep

Alongside leveling we handle precise concrete cutting for slabs, driveways, and floors: clean, accurate cuts that prepare surfaces for repairs, leveling, or new construction with minimal dust and disruption. Ask about it when you book an estimate; it is often part of a larger repair plan rather than a standalone visit.
